Pleasant and incredible staff, free concierge service and wake up service. Incredible breakfast with bacon and good coffee and fruits, reasonably priced. Stunning and awesome location - close to Casino de Madrid. And set right by a tube station.

Tbh, had a such wonderful stay for our short weekend. Everything was good, but a few employees were not always friendly. It was recently refurbished, compact and with a patio.

very good staff and location, i loved to be here. all the employees were accommodating and incredible. the room i booked was newly remodelled and provided with bedroom, a nice breakfast plus comfortable bed. the breakfast at the place was marvellous with many options.

Very nice large clean room, very comfortable, great equipment (Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, iron..). The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, nice big selection... Location excellent
